Zenescope’s Grimm Fairy Tales Movie Announced

Zenescope Entertainment has announced that its Kickstarter.com project for the Grimm Fairy Tales Animated Series has been successfully funded. The Kickstarter campaign ended on May 1st at 6pm EST and it reached a total of $188,970 in pledges which surpassed the set goal of $175,000. It is the 6th highest funded film and video project in Kickstarter's two year history. The Grimm Fairy Tales Animated series is being directed by Jon Schnepp (Metalocalypse, The Venture Brothers) with Titmouse Studios handling the animation. The pilot will begin pre-production immediately and is planned for a late 2012 release. It already boasts an impressive cast of voice talent, artists and animators.
