Guess it’s hard to stay away.

Season 12 of the fan-favorite anthology series American Horror Story will debut on FX this summer (stay tuned for an exact date), and the return of one of the original actors is now confirmed, according to Entertainment Weekly.

Zachary Quinto–who has already appeared in Seasons 1, 2 and 11 of the Ryan Murphy/Brad Falchuk show–said this week that he’ll be back for another go ’round with star Emma Roberts. “I did a cameo on this season of American Horror Story,” he said, adding that he met newcomer Kim Kardashian on the set.

Calling the reality star “lovely and warm,” Quinto said Kardashian “doesn’t need my advice. She seemed really in her element, and I was impressed by her spirit and her openness. I think she’s going to do a wonderful job.”

Kardashian’s role on the show has not yet been revealed, but co-creator Murphy said the part was written specifically with her in mind. “Kim is one of the brightest TV stars in the world,” Murphy said, “and we’re thrilled to welcome her to the AHS family.”

Season 12–titled Delicate and based on Danielle Valentine’s novel Delicate Condition–will be written by showrunner Halley Feiffer.
