Does Jimmy Stewart get a cameo?

It’s A Wonderful Knife–another Christmas horror flick–has lined up its three lead actors, according to a report on Deadline, and has dropped a first-look image. Check it out on this page.

In the feature, Jane Widdop (Yellowjackets) stars as Winnie Carruthers, Joel McHale (Community) plays Winnie’s father David and Justin Long (Barbarian) plays the town patron Mr. Waters.

The film–directed by Tyler MacIntyre from a screenplay by executive producer Michael Kennedy–is set in Angel Falls where, a year after saving her town from a psychotic killer on Christmas Eve, Winnie Carruthers is not a happy camper.

But, “when she wishes she’d never been born, she finds herself in a nightmare parallel universe and discovers that–without her–things could be much worse,” according to the synopsis. Does any of this sound familiar?

And now, the killer is back, and she must “team up with the town misfit to identify the killer and get back to her own reality.”
