The Walking Dead Weekly Wrap Up – Internment
Synopsis: Multiple enemies put pressure on Rick and the group.
Thoughts: While I felt the episode started off a bit slow, the action, or shall I say chaos quickly picked up. To be honest, the whole zombie outbreak within the sick ward was inevitable and a bit predictable. Although, I have to say Herschel moves pretty damn good for a man with one leg.
Speaking of chaos, the fence gives way to due to the huge crowd of walkers. Rick and Carl then take out a gaggle of walkers rapid fire style. Not exactly a bonding moment you would see Mike and Bobby Brady having. However, this is a zombie apocalypse, there is NO time for warm and fuzzy life lessons.
**SPOILERS** The ending of the episode is what fans have been waiting for. It ends with the return of the Governor. I can’t imagine he’s gotten over the whole Woodbury breakdown, loss of Penny, and the stabbed out eye. He just may still be holding a grudge. Hang on for the ride next week!
