Walking Dead Fans Troll United Airlines With Images of Negan as New Customer Service Director; Elvira: Mistress of the Dark Draws Attention to United’s Dress Code Policies

Although not everyone agrees on the quality of last season’s The Walking Dead, all fans can agree that using the bat-wielding villain Negan in an internet Twitter meme is an appropriate tool for trolling and reacting to a viral video that has brought much unwanted attention to United Airlines customer service policy.

USA Today is reporting that “United has been under siege since videos of Sunday night’s violent confrontation on the plane at Chicago’s O’Hare Airport went viral, drawing hundreds of millions of views around the world. Social media outrage rained down on the Chicago-based airline.”

Walking Dead fans quickly photo-shopped Negan onto a United Airlines flight, observing the rows of passengers, looking for any “volunteers” to exit the plane to make room for company employees on route to their next destination.

Walking Dead fans weren’t the only ones to point out flaws in United’s policies, as Elvira, Mistress of the Dark, also took to twitter to point out a less-publicized incident two weeks ago involving young women wearing leggings.   The same USA Today article about this week’s assault also references the incident, saying that this new incident “… came two weeks after United took withering criticism for requiring two girls to change out of leggings before boarding a flight in Denver. United explained that leggings and yoga pants are among banned attire for people flying with employee pass privileges because such fliers are viewed as representing the company.”

At this point, the only thing that may take a worse beating than United Airlines reputation may be their stock prices for the fiscal quarter that follows these two incidents, and it appears that the horror community is more than happy to make their opinions known about these incidents.
