The film–which enjoys an 83 percent positive review from Rotten Tomatoes and has earned more than $100 million worldwide–hits digital with a boatload of extra features this Friday, Aug. 12 and Blu-ray and DVD Aug. 16.

The Black Phone–directed by Scott Derrickson from a screenplay by C. Robert Cargill (and based on a 2004 Joe Hill short story)–stars Ethan Hawke, Mason Thames, Madeleine McGraw, Jeremy Davies, James Ransone and E. Roger Mitchell.

The film follows young Finney Shaw (Thames) as he is abducted by The Grabber (Hawke) and trapped in a soundproof basement.
