More Lovecraftian chills are on the way.
A new horror film–still untitled at this time and loosely based on H.P. Lovecraft’s short story The Thing on the Doorstep–has just finished shooting in Mississippi, according to a report on Deadline.
The film–directed by Joe Lynch (Mayhem) from a screenplay by Dennis Paoli (Re-Animator, From Beyond)–is described as “an erotic body-swapping horror film, in which a psychiatrist (Heather Graham) becomes obsessed with a young client with multiple personalities.”
Joining Graham in the cast are Judah Lewis, Bruce Davison, Johnathon Schaech and horror luminary Barbara Crampton.
The film is produced by Crampton, Bob Portal, Inderpal Singh and Joe Wicker. Executive producers include Lynch, Brian Yuzna, Rick Moore, James Norrie and Nina Kolokouri.
