Tyler Sanders–a promising young star who appeared on an episode of Fear the Walking Dead–passed away this week at the age of 18.
The young actor passed away at his Los Angeles home, according to a report on Deadline. His agent, Pedro Tapia, confirmed the sad news, but did not immediately offer any details on a possible cause of death. Tapia did say that Sanders’ death is under investigation.
Sanders played a young Jake Otto in an episode of the successful AMC TWD spinoff Fear the Walking Dead before being cast as Leo in Amazon’s Just Add Magic in 2019. This led to a starring role in the 2020 spinoff series Just Add Magic: Magic City, for which Sanders earned an Emmy Award nomination.
The teenager also appeared on 9-1-1: Lone Star, The Rookie and What About Barb? in his too-short career.
