Once bitten, twice shy?
The horror-comedy series What We Do in the Shadows kicks off its fifth season on FX July 13, but is one its cast members drastically different this time around?
As the trailer on this page show, Guillermo (Harvey Guillen) apparently has finally been bitten in his attempt to become a vampire, but did it take? Fans will have to tune in to the new season in a month to find out for sure.
The show–which has already been renewed for Season 6–will continue the nightly escapades of Nandor (Kayvan Novak), Laszlo (Matt Berry), Nadia (Natasia Demetriou) and Colin (Mark Proksch) “as they navigate the modern world of Staten Island with the help of their human familiar Guillermo.” But will he be in that role much longer?
The series–created by Jemaine Clement and based on the 2014 feature film from Clement and Taika Waititi–is led by executive producers Paul Simms, Stefani Robinson, Sam Johnson, Garrett Basch and Eli Bush.
