Trailer Released for Sofia Coppola’s ‘The Beguiled’

Sofia Coppola’s The Beguiled is currently making a splash at the Cannes Film Festival. Coppola is known for her directorial work on such classics as The Virgin Suicides and Lost in Translation. Her new film is a loosely based upon the 1971 Don Siegel film, which starred Clint Eastwood and Geraldine Page. While not exactly a straight-up horror film, the trailer promises an eerily dreadful psychodrama. You can watch the full trailer below:

The Beguiled stars Kirsten Dunst, Elle Fanning, Colin Farrell, and Nicole Kidman. It is set to hit American theaters on June 30th, 2017.
