Netflix shared an update with a new trailer and the official release date of the next season of the Castlevania animated series. The preview is chock full of monsters, magic and action as the tagline reads “Evil Never Stays Buried.”
Developed by Adi Shankar and written by Warren Ellis, Castlevania features Richard Armitage as Trevor Belmont, James Callis as Alucard, Graham McTavish as Dracula and Alejandra Reynoso as Sypha Belnades.
The synopsis for the third season is:
Trevor Belmont, last survivor of his house, is no longer alone, and he and his misfit comrades race to find a way to save humanity from extinction at the hands of the grief-maddened Dracula and his sinister vampire war council.
Season 3 of Castlevania was announced in April 2019, just days after the season two release date.
