Three AMC Horror Series Will Resume Shooting Despite Strike

by Thomas Tuna

It’s hard to keep zombies and vampires down for long.

AMC this week struck a deal with SAG-AFTRA that will allow the Daryl Dixon and The Ones Who Live spinoffs of The Walking Dead–as well as Interview with the Vampire–to resume production, according to a report on Deadline.

Interview with the Vampire–based on the classic novel by Anne Rice–reportedly will resume filming its second season in Prague. Likewise, The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon–with Norman Reedus reprising his fan-favorite role–will shoot Season 2 in Europe, while The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live–starring Andrew Lincoln as Rick and Danai Gurira as Michonne–will continue its post-production work.
