Ten actors have signed up to get creepy and kooky.
Tim Burton’s upcoming Addams Family series, Wednesday, has added a slew of actors as series regulars to round out the cast, according to a report on Deadline. Thora Birch (Hocus Pocus, The Walking Dead), Riki Lindhome (Knives Out), Jamie McShane (Mank, Bloodline), Hunter Doohan (Your Honor, Truth Be Told), Georgie Farmer (Treadstone, The Evermoor Chronicles), Moosa Mostafa (The Last Bus), Emma Myers (Girl in the Basement), Naomi J. Ogawa (Skylin3s), Joy Sunday (Dear White People) and Percy Hynes White (Pretty Hard Cases) will join the series which is being headlined by Jenna Ortega as the titular character.
The synopsis of the series, according to the streamer, is as follows: A sleuthing, supernaturally infused mystery charting Wednesday Addams’ years as a student at Nevermore Academy. Wednesday’s attempts to master her emerging psychic ability, thwart a monstrous killing spree that has terrorized the local town, and solve the supernatural mystery that embroiled her parents 25 years ago – all while navigating her new and very tangled relationships at Nevermore.
In addition to Ortega, Wednesday will feature Catherine Zeta-Jones as Morticia Addams and Luis Guzmán as Gomez.
