Kids still say–and do–the darnedest things.

There’s Something Wrong with the Children–the fourth of eight horror features made by Blumhouse Productions exclusively for Epix–is currently filming in New Orleans, according to a report in Variety. No debut date for the film has yet been announced.

The new film–directed by Roxanne Benjamin (Body at Brighton Rock) from a screenplay by T.J. Cimfel and David White (Intruders)–follows Margaret (Alisha Wainwright) and Ben (Zach Gilford) as they “take a weekend trip with longtime friends and their two young children,” according to the official synopsis.

But Ben starts to suspect “something supernatural is occurring when the kids behave strangely after disappearing into the woods overnight.”

The movie–with Jason Blum, Chris McCumber, Jeremy Gold and Josh Reinhold serving as executive producers–also stars Amanda Crew, Carlos Santos, Briella Guiza and David Mattle.

The other three Blumhouse/Epix films already announced include A House on the Bayou (which debuts tomorrow night, Nov. 19), Tattered Hearts and The Visitor.
