‘The Walking Dead’ Ratings Fall to Series Low

It may be time for AMC to do a mercy kill on The Walking Dead. Deadline is reporting that the once top-rated show has hit an all-time series low with their latest episode “The Bridge.” The AMC series drew a measly 2.0 rating in the much coveted 18-49 demographic. What has the previous low you may ask? You would have to go all the way back to Season 1 when they drew a 2.4 rating in the 18-49 demographic with the episode “Vatos.”

With Andrew Lincoln and Lauren Cohan leaving later this season, TWD still has a chance to cash in on some huge numbers as both of the actors are beloved and have been staples of the series.  While Lincoln is saying goodbye for good, Cohan may eventually come back depending on how well her new show Whiskey Cavalier does.
