The Walking Dead On The Small Screen: The Debate!

Starting on Halloween, AMC aired their new original series, The Walking Dead. It was a six episode season that adapted Robert Kirkman’s zombie epic. But how did it do? In my opinion, the show did very well. I felt that the characters were all very well represented and I felt that they captured, what is to me, the most important aspect of the comic and that is, it’s a drama first, action second. They added just the right amount of drama to give real gravity to the situations at had, as well as make us empathize with the characters.
