The Visitor–another horror film from Blumhouse Productions and Epix–has dropped a trailer before its digital and VOD release Oct. 7 and its debut on Epix in December. Check out the frightening video–courtesy of Collider–on this page.

The new horror pic–directed by Justin P. Lange (The Seventh Day) from a screenplay by Adam Mason and Simon Boyes (Blood Moon)–stars Finn Jones (Iron Fist), Jessica McNamee (Mortal Kombat), Dane Rhodes (Where the Crawdads Sing), Donna Biscoe (The Sacrament), Shanna Forrestall (The Last Exorcism), Thomas Francis Murphy (The Walking Dead), Victoria Paige Watkins (Secrets of Sulphur Springs), Victoria Harris (NCIS), Susan McPhail (Night of the Witch), Elizabeth Newcomer (Assassination Nation) and Sue Rock (Texas Chainsaw 3D).

Robert soon finds himself “descending down a frightening rabbit hole in an attempt to discover the true identity of his mysterious doppelganger–only to realize that every family has its own terrifying secrets.”

Jason Blum serves as executive producer of the film, along with Bradley Pilz, Greg Gilreath, Adam Hendricks, Jeremy Gold, Chris McCumber and David Grove Churchill Viste.
