Synopsis:
In a post-zombie world, the infected live normal lives by taking a valuable retroviral drug every 24 hours. However, with supplies of the drug quickly running out, those who have returned are being targeted by violent anti-zombie protesters. Kate and her Returned husband Alex decide to flee the city, but with the zombie population rising, the government closing in on them, and their supply running out, they become more and more desperate as they search for a way for Alex to survive.
