Following her abusive mother's death, the rebellious young Annie (Caity Lotz, Mad Men) reluctantly returns to her childhood home for the funeral. Annie arrives to discover that her sister Nicole (Agnes Bruckner, Blue Car, The Craigslist Killer, Dreamland), who also had returned after the death, has disappeared. While staying overnight in the empty house, Annie senses a mysterious and sinister presence: noises awaken her and objects seem to move by themselves, among other unexplainable events.
