The Op/Usaopoly Announces ‘Trivial Pursuit: Horror Ultimate Edition’

The folks over at The Op/Usaopoly have been absolutely killing it with gaming content for us genre fans lately. Fellow staffer Sean McLaughlin and I were lucky enough to get a preview of some of their upcoming games at this years New York Toy Fair and we’ve been waiting patiently for their “okay” to announce this one.

Back in 2018, we gave a short review of their “light” release of a horror-themed Trivial Pursuit game, “100 Years of Horror” (that story here); this was more of a “travel” game as there was no board, just questions and a die. This time around, they’ve gone full bore – we’ve got a terrifying game board, six custom horror-themed game pieces, and 1,800 questions from categories titled ‘Gore & Disturbing’, ‘Psychological’, ‘Killer’, ‘Monster’, ‘Paranormal’, and ‘Comedy’.

No official release date yet but the press release says that they’re looking at a fall release date with a price-tag of $49.99 and a 17+ age limit. Check out the post on their website (click here) and enjoy the pictures below. We certainly look forward to playing this game and sending a review your way!
