Welcome, we’ve been waiting for you.

The latest Netflix horror effort from Mike Flanagan of Midnight Mass (and more) renown will start streaming later this week, and the final teaser is now available that gives a brief tour of the scary setting. Check out the eerie clip from The Midnight Clubcourtesy of Collider–on this page.

The teaser highlights horror veteran Heather Langenkamp (A Nightmare on Elm Street) playing the doctor in charge of Brightcliffe Hospice, the cozy establishment where all the weirdness happens in the series.

The 10-episode series–which kicks off Oct. 7–is led by executive producers Flanagan, Leah Fong, Trevor Macy and Julia Bicknell, and is adapted from the YA novels by Christopher Pike.

Flanagan also directed several episodes, along with Viet Nguyen, Morgan Beggs, Emmanuel Osei-Kuffour, Axelle Carolyn and Michael Fimognari.

In the show, Brightcliffe Hospice is where a group of terminally ill teenagers “go to die,” according to the synopsis. These teens met secretly at midnight to share horror stories and, one evening, they make a pact that “the first of them to die will make every effort to contact the others from beyond the grave.”

The club members are portrayed by Adia, Igby Rigney, Ruth Cobb, William Chris Sumpter, Aya Furukawa, Annarah Shephard and Sauriyan Sapkota.
