Art the Clown…Halloween. Works for us.
Terrifier 3–the next entry in the bloody slasher series–has been teased for some time now, and the film’s release date was announced this week.
The horror pic–from returning writer/director Damien Leone–will hit theaters Oct. 25, 2024, in plenty of time for Halloween–with stars David Howard Thornton (Art the Clown) and Lauren LaVera (Sienna Shaw) set to reprise their roles, according to a report on Deadline.
In this third installment–slated to start shooting in January–Art “unleashes chaos on the unsuspecting residents of Miles County as they peacefully drift off to sleep on Christmas Eve,” No visions of sugar plums here.
Terrifier 2–which earned more than $15 million on a budget of just $250,000–finds a resurrected Art pursuing Sienna and her kid brother Jonathan (Elliot Fullam) on Halloween night “one year after mutilating sole survivor Victoria Heyes (Samantha Scaffidi) and then committing suicide when confronted by police.”
