Terror takes a new form.
When Evil Lurks–an Argentinian horror film that’s debuting at this week’s Toronto Film Festival–will hit the big screen and Shudder next month, and a short teaser is now here. Check out the video on this page.
The feature–written and directed by Demian Rugna (Terrified)–lands in theaters Oct. 6 and then kicks off on Shudder Oct. 27.
Starring Ezequiel Rodriguez, Demian Salomon, Luis Ziembrowski, Silvia Sabater and Marcelo Michinaux, the film follows two brothers who find a mutilated corpse near their property, and who soon learn “that the odd happenings in their village are caused by a spirit that has found its way into a local man.”
Now, the brothers must “race against imminent danger to shake the spirit’s relentless clutches.”
