Super 7 has released an update of its 1990 Pennywise ReAction figure, and this one should be a “bloody good” addition to any horror fan’s collection. Check out photos of the new figure–courtesy of Toyark–on this page.
The new Blood Splatter ReAction Pennywise–standing nearly four inches tall with five points of articulation–reportedly is in stock now with a price tag of $20. The collectible–inspired by the evil entity in the 1990 It TV miniseries–features plenty of blood splatter on the figure, as well as the cardback packaging.
The 1990 TV adaptation of the classic 1986 horror novel It by Stephen King–directed by Tommy Lee Wallace from a screenplay by Lawrence D. Cohen–stars Tim Curry as Pennywise the Clown, a predatory monster that can take many shapes, but mostly appears as the demonic clown.
The two-part series–ABC’s biggest success of 1990–was nominated for two Emmy Awards and a People’s Choice Award.
