Castle Rock horror comes home this summer.

Needful Things–the 1993 big screen adaptation of the Stephen King horror hit–will be available in 4K UHD and Blu-ray from Kino Lorber in a couple of months.

Each edition–slated for release July 25–is a two-disc set that comes with a new 4K scan of the theatrical cut. The release also will include a new interview with screenwriter W.D. Richter and an audio commentary by director Fraser Heston.

Needful Things–based on KIng’s 1991 novel–stars Ed Harris, Max von Sydow, Bonnie Bedelia and J.T. Walsh. The story focuses on a shop in Castle Rock, Maine that sells collectibles and antiques and is managed by Leland Gaunt–who often asks customers to perform a mysterious deed in exchange for the item they want.
