Bestselling novels…fan-favorite films…Stephen King’s work seems to be everywhere.

And now, the horror master himself is the subject of a documentary–King On Screen–that will center on the journey King’s works have taken from the printed page to the big and small screens, according to a report on Deadline.

King On Screen–from director Daphne Baiwir–will premiere at Fantastic Fest next month. Following that, Yellow Veil Pictures will handle worldwide sales.

The documentary–which has King’s stamp of approval–highlights an inside look at many of the filmmakers who have adapted his work for the screen–including Frank Darabont, Mick Garris, Mike Flanagan and Greg Nicotero. In all, more than 50 directors have breathed cinematic life into more than 80 King films and TV series.

Baiwir called the filmmaking experience “unbelievable. I’m so glad we managed to gather such stellar names for King On Screen. The illustrious directors and celebrated actors who collaborated with us gave such insight into King’s work and its journey to the screen.”
