The grin gets bigger and bigger.

Smile–the Paramount Pictures horror entry–continued its strong box office run this weekend, breaking the $200-million barrier after six weeks in release, according to a report on Deadline.

Following the film’s $5-million take this weekend, Smile has earned $203 million globally–on a $99-million take domestically and a $104-million grab from the international box office.

The R-rated Smile–from writer/director Parker Finn–follows Dr. Rose Cotter (Sosie Bacon) as she suffers through frightening experiences she can’t explain “after witnessing a bizarre, traumatic incident involving a patient,” according to the synopsis.

And then, when things get even worse, Cotter must confront “her troubling past in order to survive and escape her horrifying new reality.”

Smile also stars genre veterans Jesse T. Usher (The Boys), Kal Penn (The Ashram), Rob Morgan (Stranger Things), Kyle Gallner (this year’s Scream) and Caitlin Stasey (Fear, Inc.).
