Smile if you want this horror film.

Smile–last year’s hit horror pic from Paramount Pictures–has not only spawned a sequel-in-the-making, but it will get a 4K Ultra HD Steelbook release on Sept. 12.

The Smile Steelbook version will include an audio commentary from writer/director Parker Finn, an original short film from Finn titled Laura Hasn’t Slept , Something’s Wrong with Rose: Making Smile and deleted scenes.

Smile follows Dr. Rose Cotter (Sosie Bacon) as she suffers through frightening experiences she can’t explain “after witnessing a bizarre, traumatic incident involving a patient,” according to the synopsis.

And then, when things go from bad to worse, Cotter must confront “her troubling past in order to survive and escape her horrifying new reality.”
