In a recent tweet referencing her appearance in the last seconds of the new Scream Queens season 2 trailer, Lea Michele used the hashtag #HannibalHester. Check out why right here:

Obviously, taking its cue from Halloween II, season 2 of Ryan Murphy’s Scream Queens is hospital-centric. Along with the Hannibal Lecter mask, the one-minute trailer is riddled with horror icons. This season will enlist the talents of Taylor Lautner (The Twilight Saga), Jerry O’Connell (Scream 2), horror royalty Jaime Lee Curtis (Halloween, I, II and H2O) and John Stamos for good measure.  Emma Roberts (American Horror Story: Coven & Freak Show) will reprise her role of Chanel Oberlin.

The production has moved from Canada to Los Angeles and principal photography began on July 19th.  Episode 1 of season 2 will premiere on Fox on Tuesday, September 20th.

At Horror News Network we like our comedy like we like our Sabbath…Black!  Season 2 appears to be a wild mash-up of Visiting Hours and Young Doctors in Love.

Are you excited for the upcoming season?
