‘Scream’ On Digital Tomorrow, Physical Copies In April

Tidy up–Ghostface is coming for a visit.

The latest Scream is coming to the small screen on digital format tomorrow, March 1, and will arrive in 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray and DVD editions April 5, according to a report on collider.com.

The special collections for the 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray and DVD editions include such extra goodies as: a commentary from the directors and screenwriters; Bloodlines, interviews with Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox and David Arquette; New Blood, interviews with the film’s newcomers; In the Shadow of the Master, a look back at Wes Craven and his legacy; and a slew of deleted scenes.

The newest Scream–directed by Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett from a screenplay by James Vanderbilt and Guy Busick–stars Campbell, Cox and Arquette, along with Marley Shelton, Melissa Barrera, Kyle Gallner, Mason Gooding, Mikey Madison, Dylan Minnette, Jenna Ortega, Jack Quaid, Jasmin Savoy Brown and Sonia Ammar.

The fifth installment in the Scream franchise was well-received by fans and critics, and earned $135 million on a $24-million budget. In fact, it was so successful that a sixth entry is already being planned, with the same creative team expecting to start shooting over the summer.
