Looks like Becky hasn’t lost a step.
The Wrath of Becky–the highly anticipated sequel to the 2020 horror hit Becky–is only a month away now, and a brand-new red band trailer has dropped to give fans a preview. Check out the video on this page.
The horror pic–set for a theatrical release May 26–is written and directed by Matt Angel and Suzanne Coote, with Lulu Wilson reprising her lead role. The rest of the cast includes Seann William Scott, Courtney Gains, Aaron Della Villa, Michael Strow, Denise Burse-Fernandez, Jill Larson and Kate Siegel.
The film picks up two years after Becky escaped a violent attack on her family. The teen is now trying to rebuild her life in the care of an older woman named Elena, but a group known as the Noble Men change all that.
The men break into their home, attack them and steal their dog. Now, Becky “must return to her old ways to protect herself and her loved ones.”
The original Becky–directed by Jonathan Milott and Cary Murnion from a screenplay by Nick Morris and Lane Skye–follows the teenager as she tries to reconnect with her father during a weekend getaway at a lakefront house. But those plans are wrecked by a band of convicts on the lam.
