24 Frames is reports that Zach Galifianakis is in talks to join Ryan Reynolds in the Robert Schwentke-directed R.I.P.D adaptation at Universal Pictures: R.I.P.D. is a comic from Dark Horse about dead police officers patrolling the underworld.
