It’s getting crowded in space.

Earlier this week, it was reported that Isabela Merced had joined lead Cailee Spaeny in the next entry in the Alien horror-s/f franchise, and now four more actors have signed on the dotted line, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

David Jonsson (Rye Lane), Archie Renaux (Shadow and Bone), Spike Fearn (The Batman) and Aileen Wu (Closing Doors) have all joined the cast of the new film, slated to start shooting later this month.

The Momentum and 20th Century Studios feature–directed by Fede Alvarez (2013’s Evil Dead) from a screenplay he wrote with Rodo Sayagues–is produced by Ridley Scott, who directed the original 1979 Alien blockbuster.

While the plot has not yet been revealed, 20th Century Studios president Steve Asbell described it as a “really good story–with a bunch of characters you haven’t seen before.”
