‘Preacher’ Renewed for Season Three

According to executive producer Seth Rogen, AMC’s Preacher will return for a third season in 2018.

Rogen tweeted out the following announcement on his official twitter account yesterday:

For those of you that need to catch up on Preacher Season Two, the Blu-ray set will be released on November 14th.  Critics reacted to season two very favorably (90% fresh on Rotten Tomatoes), but the ratings did dip a bit from the first season.  The first season averaged well over 3 million total viewers while the second season brought in an average somewhere in the range of 2.5 million viewers.
