As always, do not go into the cellar.
Peacock is working on bringing more horror to the small screen with a new “supernatural mystery drama” called St. Donatus, according to a report on Deadline. No release window has yet been announced.
Richard Shepard (The Perfection) will direct the feature from a screenplay by executive producers Eric Carmelo and Nicole Snyder, who also served as executive producers of The CW’s long-running series Supernatural.
St. Donatus–set in a small town in Iowa–follows a family drawn into a dark secret as they relocate from Brooklyn to a farmhouse on the outskirts of town.
The family suddenly becomes wrapped up in a mystery surrounding the community, and begins to experience strange disturbances in their new home–and a terrifying entity trapped in the basement.
