A scary manga is coming to the small screen.

Parasyte: The Grey–a popular Korean horror-s/f manga series–is being adapted as a live-action Netflix series, according to a report on Deadline.

The show–which does not yet have a debut date on the streamer–will be directed and co-written by Yeon Sang-ho, the filmmaker responsible for Train to Busan and Peninsula. Ryu Yong-jae is writing the screenplay with Yeon. Climax Studio and Wow Point are producing the series.

The storyline follows a group of humans as they “wage war against the rising evil of unidentified parasitic life forms that live off human hosts and strive to increase their power,” according to the synopsis.

The cast includes Jeon So-nee, who plays Jeong Su-in (who falls prey to a parasite); Koo Kyo-hwan, who plays Seol Kang-woo (who searches for his missing sister); and Lee Jung-hyun, who plays Choi Jun-kyung (who leads Team Grey, a task force battling the parasites).
