Smile–a disturbingly scary horror flick from writer/director Parker Finn–hits theaters Sept. 30, and the first full trailer was released this week. Check out the chilling video–courtesy of mashable.com–on this page.
In the film, Dr. Rose Cotter (Sosie Bacon) “starts experiencing frightening occurrences that she can’t explain after witnessing a bizarre, traumatic incident involving a patient,” according to the synopsis.
As terror takes over her life, Cotter “must confront her troubling past in order to survive and escape her horrifying new reality.”
Smile also features Jesse T. Usher (The Boys), Kal Penn (The Ashram), Rob Morgan (Stranger Things), Kyle Gallner (this year’s Scream) and Caitlin Stasey (Fear, Inc.).
