Writer/Director Anthony Mezza lands 3 official selections this year at Shriekfest Horror/SciFi Film Festival/Screenplay Competition(World premiere), Sacramento Horror Film Festival, and NJ Horrorfest (East Coast premiere) with his 14-minute horror short, “One Last Kiss”.
The film represents the New Jersey native’s first “real” attempt at cinema with his self produced, dark love story that focuses on emotions of love, regret, mourning, and redemption — all wrapped into a horrifying bloody mess.
One Last Kiss Synopsis: Paralyzed by fear from a sudden and horrific attack, Michael watches his loving spouse Marie die before his eyes. With a night to reflect on his inabilty to save her, Michael realizes there is one last chance to “make things right”. With one last kiss, he ultimately answers the age old question of whether true love…ever dies.
