When Evil Lurks–a new horror pic that had its coming-out party at the Toronto Film Festival–lands in theaters (and then on Shudder) next month, and a full trailer arrived this week. Check out the video on this page.
The film–hitting the big screen Oct. 6 and then Shudder Oct. 27–comes from writer/director Demian Rugna (Terrifier), and stars Ezequiel Rodriguez, Demian Salomon, Luis Ziembrowski, Silvia Sabater and Marcello Michinaux.
In the feature, two brothers find a mutilated corpse near their property–and soon learn that “the odd happenings in their village are caused by a spirit that found its way into a local man.” Now, the brothers must “race against imminent danger to shake the spirit’s relentless clutches.”
