The official trailer for the third season of Chucky on Syfy and USA arrived this week before the season’s debut in a couple of weeks, and the bloody mayhem caused by the killer doll has to be seen to be believed. Check out the video on this page.
The new season–split up into four episodes this year with the balance slated for 2024–kicks off Oct. 4 with a chapter entitled Murder at 1600. And yes, that means the action is set in the White House itself (as if that home doesn’t have enough trouble).
Obviously, this third season poses some key questions. How did Chucky wind up in the White House…and what does he want there? Also, Tiffany faces “a looming crisis as the police close in on her for ‘Jennifer Tilly’s’ murderous rampage of last season.”
Chucky 3 sees the return of Brad Dourif (as the unmistakable voice of Chucky), Jennifer Tilly, Fiona Dourif and Devon Sawa as President Collins.
Chucky–led by creator and showrunner Don Mancini–has doll creator David Kirschner and Nick Antosca as executive producers.
