“My step-mom’s a werewolf.”
The Peacock horror rom-com Wolf Like Me will be back for Season 2 later this month, and a new trailer that peeks into the future dropped this week. Check out the video on this page.
The show–kicking off its second season Oct. 19–is written and directed by Abe Forsythe (Little Monsters). In the first season, Gary (Josh Gad)–a widowed father raising his daughter (Ariel Donoghue)–meets Mary (Isla Fisher), who harbors a secret she can’t share. A very hairy secret.
The second season finds Gary and Mary entering the next phase of their relationship and facing a huge challenge: pregnancy. Will their child be a human or a wolf? How long can they keep things secret from the rest of the family? Will what happened in the outback come back to haunt them?
And, with Mary’s former professor, Anton (Edgar Ramirez), back in the picture, new secrets from Mary’s past are revealed–leaving Gary and Mary wondering if they’re meant to be together.
