This next chapter of the popular FX show–created by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk–debuts Sept. 20, and draws from Danielle Valentine’s novel Delicate Condition.
The storyline follows Anna Alcott (Emma Roberts), a woman who becomes convinced that a sinister figure is going to great lengths to make sure her pregnancy never reaches fruition.
The season–led by writer and showrunner Halley Feiffer–also stars Kim Kardashian, Cara Delevingne, Matt Czuchry, Billie Lourd, Denis O’Hare, Leslie Grossman and Michaela Jae Rodriguez.
