Down Below–a new psychological horror film set just before Christmas–is lining up an impressive cast, according to a report on Deadline. At this early stage, there’s no word on a production schedule or release window.
Director Spyder Dobrofsky has assembled a cast that includes Eric Roberts (Babylon), Doug Jones (Hellboy), Bai Ling (The Crow) and Alexis Knapp (Project X).
In the feature, a sheriff and a criminal suspect “find their lives intertwined when they become haunted by a sinister force on Christmas Eve.”
Robert plays a police psychologist who’s having problems with his current patient–a police officer “recently suspended for an act of violence against a civilian.”
