“It felt so real. I was inside his body.”

Suitable Flesh–a new erotic horror thriller that premiered at this summer’s Tribeca Film Festival–gets a wide theatrical release in a little over a month now, and a trailer is now here. Check out the sexy, scary video on this page.

The film–drawing inspiration from H.P. Lovecraft’s short story The Thing on the Doorstep–debuts on the big screen Oct. 27, and then will hit Shudder next January.

The cast of Heather Graham, Barbara Crampton, Judah Lewis, Bruce Davison and Johnathon Schaech is directed by Joe Lynch (Wrong Turn 2). The screenplay was written by Dennis Paoli.

The moody film follows psychiatrist Elizabeth Derby (Graham), who “becomes obsessed with helping a young patient suffering from an extreme personality disorder.” But those efforts will lead her into “occult danger as she tries to escape a horrific fate.”
