Haunted Mansion–a new take on the 2003 Disney horror-comedy–materializes on the big screen in a few weeks, and a new clip has surfaced that shows more spooky shenanigans. Check out the video on this page.
The film–slated for theaters July 28–is directed by Justin Simien from a screenplay by Katie Dippold.
In the feature, single mom Gabbie (Rosario Dawson) moves into a New Orleans mansion with her son (Chase Dillon), only to discover her new house is haunted.
Trying to remedy that situation, Gabbie turns to a priest (Owen Wilson), whose exorcism quickly becomes “a wild adventure.” So, she then consults a paranormal expert (LaKeith Stanfield), a psychic from the French Quarter (Tiffany Haddish) and a cranky historian (Danny DeVito).
The cast also includes Oscar winners Jamie Lee Curtis (as Madame Leota) and Jared Leto (as The Hatbox Ghost).
