Another path to Hell opens up.
Hellbound–the South Korean horror-fantasy Netflix series–was renewed for a second season late last year, but no further news had dropped until this week. Check out the video on this page that shows that production is underway on Season 2.

The show–based on director/creator Yeon Sang-ho’s webtoon–will have a new lead this season, with Kim Sung-cheol replacing Yoo Ah-in, and will expand its scope and narrative as the scripts build on the events of Season 1.
The show–set in the near future–deals with “an otherworldly bring (known as an angel) that materializes and delivers prophecies that condemn certain people to Hell at a specific future time.”
And, to ensure these trips to the netherworld, “three supernatural monsters appear to maul and incinerate the person’s body in a spectacular show of force.”
And, as if things weren’t bad enough, two organizations–the New Truth Society and the Arrowhead group–“gain power by playing on people’s fears.”
