Netflix delivered a Valentine’s Day gift for fans of Stranger Things today as the streaming giant dropped a teaser for season 4. The preview opens with a snowy, frigid landscape and judging by the garb you can quickly tell the setting is Russia. Armed guards patrol the mountainous area and survey prisoners that are hard at work building a railroad. One of the prisoners pauses for a moment and removes his hat to reveal himself as Chief Hopper.
As fans mourned the heart-wrenching end of season 3 many held out hope that the beloved adopted father to Eleven would somehow be alive. Although Hopper is now revealed to be alive and in a very grim situation we now wonder how will he make it back to Hawkins?
