“Bring me your young blood.”

The Watcher--the latest limited series from Ryan Murphy (American Horror Story)–is mere weeks away, as a debut date of Oct. 13 was announced this weekend by Netflix, according to a report on Deadline. Check out the first fear-fraught trailer on this page.

The seven-episode series–created and produced by Murphy and longtime collaborator Ian Brennan–stars Oscar nominee Naomi Watts and Emmy winner Bobby Cannavale as Maria and Derek Brannock, who move into a new house only to be threatened by frightening letters from a stalker who identifies himself only as “The Watcher”. The series also stars Margo Martingale, Jennifer Coolidge, Terry Kinney and Mia Farrow.

The show is inspired by the infamous New Jersey “Watcher” house that was bought by a couple in 2014, but were forced to abandon it after receiving letters from a stalker who claimed to have been watching them for years.

One of the notes read: “I am The Watcher. Do you need to fill the house with the young blood I requested?” Another read: “Will the young blood play in the basement? Or are they too afraid to go down there alone? I would be very afraid if I were them.”
