After releasing concept art a few months ago and a lot of fan excitement, Neill Blomkamp announced today on his instagram account that he will in fact be doing an ‘Alien’ film with Fox. He posted more concept art, along with the statement: “Um… So I think officially it’s my next film. alien.” Sources for The Hollywood Reporter are saying that the film is going to take place after Ridley Scott’s upcoming ‘Prometheus’ sequel.
