NECA Unveils New Ghostface Figure At NYC Comic Con

by Thomas Tuna

He’s gonna take Manhattan again.

NECA will roll out a new Ghostface figure based on this year’s Scream VI at October’s New York Comic Con at the Jacob Javits Center. Check out preview photos of the figure–courtesy of Toyark–on this page.

There’s been no word yet on price or a release date, but the figure comes with six different masks, a Statue of Liberty prop, a Playkill prop and two knives (only two?). The collectible also includes glow-in-the-dark features.

Scream VI--directed by Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett from a screenplay by James Vanderbilt and Guy Busick–follows four survivors of a Ghostface rampage as they leave Woodsboro behind for New York City. But, as always, Ghostface “is brutal and relentless–and will stop at nothing to hunt them down.”

The cast includes legacy stars Courteney Cox, Melissa Barrera, Hayden Panettiere, Jenna Ortega and Mason Gooding–along with Jasmin Savoy Brown, Samara Weaving, Dermot Mulroney, Jack Champion, Liana Liberato, Devyn Nakoda, Josh Segarra and Henry Czerny.
